Return policy

Condition

We only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Goods were purchased through waino.store and are in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused, with labels intact.

Proof of purchase must be provided with returned goods.

Orders that have not been delivered or received are subject to cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us for support.

Please review your shipping address and ensure that the package will be accepted at that address before you submit your order.

Buyer is responsible for original shipping costs and return costs if the package is returned to sender due to insufficient address.

Buyers are responsible for lost packages due to incomplete addresses.

The following criteria do not apply to items accepted for return:

– The product is no longer in its original condition or does not have a return tag or hygiene stamp.

– Items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

– Care labels should only be cut when you are ready to wear your swimsuit. We do not accept returns/exchanges if the care label is cut off.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
