1. Returns within 30 days
Customers at waino.store can request a return within 30 days of receipt. This period allows customers to check the product and ensure that it meets their expectations in terms of quality and design. If any defects are found, customers can contact us to request a return or refund. However, after 30 days from the date of delivery, any return or refund requests will no longer be accepted, in order to ensure transparency and efficiency in the order processing process.
2. Return Conditions
We will accept returns in the following cases:
– Product is defective due to the manufacturer: If your product has a technical error, is damaged, or does not meet the quality standards as committed.
– Wrong product delivered: If you receive a product that does not match your order (wrong color, size, design).
– Product is intact: The product must be unused, not dirty, not have a strange smell and still have the original label and packaging.
– Product has not been washed: We do not accept returns for products that have been washed or used in any form.
3. Steps to make a return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

– Confirm the return request: Our support team will review and confirm the return request within 2-3 business days.
– Return the product: After receiving approval from waino.store, please send the product back to the address we provide. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product, except in the case of defective or wrongly delivered products.
– Inspect the product: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the product within 5-7 business days to ensure that the product meets the return conditions.
4. Refund
After the product inspection process is completed and it is confirmed that the product meets the return conditions, we will proceed to refund you. The amount will be refunded via the payment method you used when purchasing. The refund will be processed within 30 days, depending on the processing time of the bank or payment service you initially selected.
5. Cancellation of Order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel your order, simply contact our customer service team via email [email protected]. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process the cancellation and issue you a full refund via your original payment method. However, after 24 hours, the order will be moved to the processing stage and we will no longer be able to cancel the order.
