1. When will my order be processed?
Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (EST) each day.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed Saturday through Sunday (excluding holidays) will be processed the following Monday.
2. How long will it take to ship after my order is processed?
Shipping time is 7 – 15 days depending on the destination.
If we experience high order volume or severe weather conditions in certain areas of the country, shipping may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
